Coach questions, answered.

How does the per-student billing work?+

$75/mo gets you 20 student seats. Each additional student is $10/mo, billed prorated to your existing cycle. Add or remove seats any time from your coach dashboard — no contract, no minimum term.

Can I use the Coach plan on my phone?+

Yes — the coach dashboard works in any browser, on phone, tablet, or laptop. Subscription, seats, and student invites are managed at draib.app on any device. Your students use the regular mobile app to upload sessions; you can review them from a phone court-side or a laptop at home, your choice.

I already pay for draib Pro. Will I be billed twice?+

No. If you start a Coach plan while logged in to your Pro account, we modify your existing subscription instead of creating a new one — your unused Pro time is credited toward the first Coach invoice, on the same card. One subscription, one charge.

Do my students need to pay for draib?+

No. Every student you invite via your magic link gets Pro features (10 active videos, AI reports) for free as long as they're on your roster. They keep their data if they ever leave — they just lose Pro access unless they subscribe themselves.

Can I coach students online, not just in person?+

Yes — that's the point. Most of our coaches use draib to expand beyond their local courts: students in a different city upload sessions, you leave voice notes async, you run weekly video reviews. Real online coaching, without Zoom.

What about academies with 50+ students?+

Same plan, just scaled. $75 base + $10 per extra student. We're happy to discuss volume rates for federations or chains with 100+ rosters — get in touch.

Can I upload my own pro reference videos?+

Yes. You can create athlete entities with your own videos (e.g. your students' best clips, or yourself demonstrating). They sit alongside draib's curated pros in the picker, clearly tagged so students know which is which.

What happens if I cancel?+

Your students lose Pro access at the end of the billing cycle but their data and history is preserved — they can subscribe individually or you can reactivate any time and they're back under your roster instantly.
